Had my dinning room done today along with my bathroom’s & I can say I totally love it thank u so much for coming out showing samples & then arranging the fitters to come out . They did an outstanding job & where such lovely down to earth personalities.. Will be getting a few other rooms done soon.. Thank you once again

Arrived when they said they would, fitters very polite and got on with the job, no messing about. Great job done absolutely delighted with it and excellent price. Would certainly recommend 1st class service Edit: Was so pleased with the job they done I’ve just had my hall done with the same laminate. Again first class service. Bedrooms next when I can afford it and I wouldn’t hesitate to use the same Company

I'm so pleased with my new laminate floor supplied and fitted for a really reasonable price by prestige flooring in paisley. The boys who fitted the floor had it all done in next to no time. I highly recommend prestige flooring and be using them again in the near future.

Brilliant fitting but make sure you get the price confirmed before fitting they tend not to admit when they make a mistake .

Fantastic company. Staff within were extremely helpful, doing their best to get you to best quality carpets for your budget. Fitters worked extremely quickly and were very professional and continually tidied up after themselves. Would highly recommend this company and would use them again in the future.

Arrived on time, tick, kicked off because we had furniture, which we were prepared to move room from room when needed. Went downhill from there. They did not bring the pre ordered door bars, they brought the wrong size hall carpet, which Theresa input the wrong size according to the fitters and unbeknown to us they fitted the carpet and sneakily peaced the Hall carpet without letting on to us and left us to find the mess after they had scarpered. We were charged again for door bars at the time of fit, after being assured by Theresa in the shop they were on the order form, we were not given an invoice. The whole episode has left a very bitter taste in the mouth. This was a young girl's first flat after leaving a homeless unit. Shame on Prestige. Fitters were okay, they have to toe the line according to the shop's instructions. Should have bought online. Beware of false professionalism and decency

A bit 'meh' about one female member of staff in store. Had to work out the price of underlay from the receipt myself. I did ask. Bought the carpet, it is lovely. Nice store, ok selection. Quick turnaround. Fitters used by this company don't remove carpets or underlay, but are fast as there are three of them. I Would not of bothered with fitters had I known they dont lift the old carpet or underlay, but found this nugget out via text, on the day I was expecting the fitters. I had to jump to b&q for a stanley knife. Still have the old carpet and underlay in the garden. Could of done without the hassle to be honest, since it has rained and now the carpets wet. Who has time for this in their lives?

I have just used prestige flooring through Facebook to supply my living room flooring . I am very picky with who I use with quality an pricing . I contacted prestige they were very professional gave me price which was very reasonable and communication for me to collect was fab . I have just lay my laminate and it's lovely, I have a spare pack that we don't need and prestige are happy to accept it back for beading. You don't get many company's who would value there customers it's usually how much money you can get out some1. Very happy customer will defo be using prestige in the futire as now looking to decorate daughter's bedroom. Thankyou x x

Recently used Prestige Floors to fit out our new house and can’t recommend them highly enough ! Absolutely delighted with the end result. Love it. Just got my flooring done so good my daughter wanted hers done too. I got real wood floor and it's amazing, it the focal point of the house. My carpets are amazing too. When doing my daughters the boys even fixed her old carpet for me cracking customer service. Thanks guys.

Purchased another carpet from Prestige Flooring , team have just finished laying the carpet and I must say the service once again has been outstanding , from selecting the carpet to organising the fitting and the price was fantastic. We needed the carpet fitted at short notice and they really went out of there way to help. The boys who fitted the carpet were polite and courteous and there workmanship was excellent. For anyone looking to have a new carpet or floor fitted I would thoroughly recommend this company .... 10/10 A1 service

I've always had exceptional service from prestige floors. I run a letting business and don't go anywhere else, they have also carpeted all of my own house. I found this company after being dissatisfied with Carpetright who overcharged me, didn't know their fitters and were generally unhelpful. I've found prestige floors to be the complete opposite. Karen has been lovely as has anyone else who has come to provide a free measurement service. The fitters have been wonderful, I try to make sure everything is cleared out the room but if something has been too bulky they have helped move it without complaining. They have made arrangements with my tenants for access on my behalf. I have also found them great value for money and have always found a carpet to suit my budget. Can't fault them!

The carpets supplied are good quality and the knowledge offered from John in the shop was helpful. In order to have new carpets fitted I had to pay up front, which I can understand. Frustratingly, my 3 star rating is based on the arrangements for fitting. The carpets which have been fitted look the business and I'm delighted with rooms and the 2 gentlemen who did day one. Day 2 for fitting the remaining carpets has been of great inconvenience as 2 days holiday booked from my work and no carpets! In summary, great quality carpets, experienced and honest advice, (once fitted) well presented finished carpet fitting but a real pest arranging and sticking to agreed carpet fitting dates.
